1cupvanilla flavored Greek yogurt (can add more yogurt, as desired)
3/4cupgranola of choice
Instructions
Add fruit and milk to blender or a food processor. Mix until smooth. Add contents to a refrigerator bowl with a lid. Mix in chia seeds, honey and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate overnight and up to 5 days.
Parfaits
In 1-6 parfait glasses, layer a few tablespoons of chia seed mixture in bottom, add amount of vanilla yogurt desired. Repeat, ending with a dollop of yogurt. Sprinkle granola over top.
Notes
I make the chia seed mixture, leave in refrigerator and layer one parfait each morning! Delicious. Really!
